its been 3 months since my last blog. and so im just going to be honest and say i SUCK at blogging!! im going to think about trying harder.

Photo Shoot

So I got to pretend to be a model for a day, when my boss called and asked me to help with a shoot I didn't think I would be in front of the camera. Normally I'm behind the scenes, but this time I was getting my hair and make up done, not doing it. It was a lot of fun! Heidi (from Retrospect Studios in Salt Lake) had some awesome ideas and the pictures turned out amazing!

I still don't know how I feel about this blogging thing, so I'm going to try one more! I am blessed to have to best job ever. I love to do hair, and I didn't think it would be possible to find (in Utah) a salon that was everything I was looking for. I found it in Studio Enizio. I've been there for almost 4 months now and it is awesome. Not only is it beautiful, but Cynthia (the owner) is AWESOME, and all the girls are awesome, its the best atmosphere to be in! I LOVE IT! It's a great place for opportunity, we do brides, photo shoots, hair, makeup, and have tons of chances to learn new things which is great because the hair industry is always changing. I think the best part about it is that going to work, doesn't feel like going to work. Its the coolest!

Jax is growing up!

Having a 13 month old has definitely added a change of pace to life. Jax is quite the little boy. We went to his doctors appointment and he weighs 26 pounds (80th percentile) and is in the 98th percentile for his height. Which is maybe why we can open and close doors and reach the counters and reach the water on the fridge. His recent loves are reading stories, and playing outside! We jump on the trampoline and walk around the yard. Jax also just got a haircut and I have come to the conclusion that babies grow up way too fast!

So I've been trying to figure out this blog thing for awhile now. And I still haven't figured it out. I put a picture up, so I guess I'm making progress. I'll try harder next time!
